摘要 针对塔河油田开发过程中,由于其储层严重的非均质性,使底水在生产压差的作用下,沿大裂缝、大孔洞快速突进生产井,导致油井很快水淹的问题,研制了一种多段塞(防漏+堵缝+清理)复合治理技术。研制筛选出防漏剂(TP-1)和堵缝剂(DKD),讨论了矿化度、温度和pH值对TP-1膨胀性能的影响,温度、矿化度对DKD固结强度的影响以及DKD的可解性。模拟试验结果表明,人造裂缝岩心采用多段塞复合治理技术封堵裂缝、启动基质岩心作用明显。该技术在塔河油田的现场试验取得了显著效果,具有广阔的应用前景。 During the period of the development of Tahe Oilfield, because of the serious heterogeneity of the reservoir, the bottom water breaks through into the bottom hole through larger fractures or holes under draw down pressure, thus water out appears quickly. Due to this problem a combined treatment of multi blocks (antileak + fracture blocking + cleaning up) has been studied. An antileak agent (TP-1) and a fracture blocking agent (DKD) have been developed and screened. In this paper, we studied and discussed the influence of salinity, temperature and pH value on the dilatability of TP-1, and the influence of temperature, salinity on the strength of DKD after solidification. The cleaning up of DKD was also discussed. Physical simulation showed that matrix can be started up obviously after multi blocks treatment was preceded in artificial fracturing cores. Remarkable effects are obtained in Tahe oilfield after field test. And this technique will have a wild foreground.
