油井三相流体计量技术的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对油井产出的三相流体的特点,采用质量流量计、智能气体流量计和微型计算机控制器组成的新型计量技术,能够在油田计量站内完成对油井生产的油、气、水三相流体的自动实时计量工作。理论研究和现场应用资料证实,该计量技术能够将原油和伴生水的计量精度提高到0·5%,伴生气的计量精度提高到5%。 Based on the characteristics of the three-phase fluid of oil well,Using a kind of new measurement technology made up of mass flowmeter,intelligent gas flowmeter and microcomputer controller,can finish the measuring work of the flow rate of oil ,water ,and gas mixed in the three-phase fluid of oil well automatically in real time,inside the measurement station of the oil field.The results of reseach in theory and the evidence of practice both show that this kind of new measurement technology can increase the measuring accuracy to 0.5% of mass flow rate for oil and water,5% of volume flow rate for gas. Meanwhile, because the work of data acquisiation, conversion, showing and storing etc. are all finished automatically by the computer, thus guaranteed the authenticity and dependability of every datum.
