摘要
本文用反相高效液相色谱法测定灭多威在蔬菜中的残留量。本法准确、简便、灵敏，检出限为０．１ｎｇ，线性范围为１．０～４０μｇ／ｍｌ，高、中、低３种浓度平均加标回收率为８９．７％～９６．１％，变异系数小于５％。
Residues of methomyl in vegetables were determinated by a reverse phase high performance liquid chromatographic method.The detection limit was 0. 1ng. The linear range was 1.0%-40μg/ml.The average recovery of methomyl added to vegetables was in the range of 89. 66%-96.12%. The relative standard deviation was less than 3.4%. This method was simple, accurate and sensitive.
