运动心理学“应用”之路的思考

How to Better Apply Sports Psychology

在回顾我国运动心理学20多年的发展历程,反思当前我国运动心理学现状的基础上,文章提出了4个需要深刻反思的问题并提出了自己的建议。第一是教练员、运动员对运动心理学的需要和当前的运动心理学工作者所能提供的帮助之间存在着差距。第二是运动心理学工作者应该如何提供帮助。第三是如何缩短理论和应用之间的距离。第四是如何建设一支稳定的高水平的运动心理学工作队伍。

Based on both the review of past 20 years theoretic and practical studies and current condition, this article brings forward some problems that should be deeply reflected, and gives out some methods to resolve them. The problems focus on four domains. The first is the distance between the needs of trainers, players for sports psychology and the ability of sports psychology experts to offer help. The second is how to offer help experts should. The third is how to shorten the distance between theory and practice. The forth is how to bring up a steady team to offer professional help.
