摘要
青少年竞技后备力量是决定一个国家整体竞技水平的源头活水。本文采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法对影响和制约我国竞技体育后备人才主要因素进行分析,试图为探索我国竞技体育后备力量培养的最佳途径及当今体制下某些方面的改革提供一定的佐证和启示。
The cultivation of teenage sport talents is the source of one country＇s athletic sports which may determine the entire level of its sports. With methods of literature reviews and logical analysis, the author of this paper discusses the main factors which influence and limit the cultivation of teenage sport talents in China,and tries to offer some evidence and enlightenment in finding the best way to cultivate teenage sport talents and making some systematic reforms.
