普通高校高水平排球运动队的现状分析和对策研究

An Analysis on the Present Status and Countermeasures for the High-level Volleyball Teams from General Institutions of Higher Learning in Jiangsu Province

本文以江苏省为样本对普通高校高水平排球队的现状进行了全面深入的分析研究,结果显示:高校办队目标不明确,场馆设施陈旧,科技投入少,与体育院校和科研机构的协作少,没能发挥高校办队的优势,办队模式单一,运动员学习与训练有冲突,竞赛机会少,招生政策和渠道需要改进。

The authors have made a thorough and detailed investigation on the present status of the high-level volleyball teams from general institutions of higher learning in Jiangsu province. The results indicate that there are a number of problems for these sports teams. The problems include that the target for the sports teams is unclear; the facilities in gymnasiums are outdated ;the technological inputs are few;there is little cooperation with other P. E. universities and research institutions;the mode of team forming is unitary without making full use of the advantages of sports teams of institutions of higher learning; there are also contradictions between study and training for team members ;the team players have few chances for contests ;and the policy and means of enrollment should be reformed.
