摘要
近年来,专家、学者们已经提出了多种多样有利于提高水感的练习方法。在此基础上,本文把水感的各种练习方法归纳为技术练习法、阻力练习法和心理练习法三种并对其进行分析,旨在提高运动员和教练员对水感的再认识,更好地发挥水感的作用,更有利于对优秀游泳运动员的培养。
In recent years, experts and scholars have put forward various kinds of practicing methods to improve swimmers' sense of water. On this basis ,the author of this article analyzes and classifies them into three kinds as skill exercise,water resistance exercise and psychological exercise so that swimmers and coaches can have a better understanding towards the sense of water and make better use of it, which will greatly help the training for excellent swimmers.
