摘要
太极拳对老龄化群体的身心健康有着良好的积极影响。在新世纪“新健康”观念的影响下,对太板拳对老年人身心健康的整体性研究还是一个新的课题,尤其从心理和生理两方面对老年人的研究更有待于深入。因此本文论述太极拳对老龄化群体身心健康的积极作用与影响,目的是进一步促进太极类运动的普及,为太极拳的进一步在老年人群中推广提供一定的理论依据,确定太极拳在“健康老龄化”过程中所发挥的作用和地位。使健康老龄化成为全民健身计划的重要组成部分。
Taijiquan has a sound and positive influence on the physical and mental health of the aged people. The overall research on the influence of taijiquan for the physical and mental health of the aged people's is still a new subject and yet to be studied further especially from both physical and mental aspects. Consequently the purpose of this research is to promote the further development of the exercise of taijiquan and provide some theoretical basis for the popularization of the exercise among the aged people so as to make certain the role and function that taijiquan plays in the process of “healthy aging” and to make it become an important part in the nation-wide body-building plan.
