摘要
文章针对高校图书馆外文期刊利用率低的现状,分析了外刊开发利用的主要障碍。并提出了开发与利用外文期刊的途径与方法。
The paper, according to the current situation of low rate of students＇ borrowing foreign periodicals in college libraries, analyzes the main obstacles and offers some ways to use foreign periodicals.
