复方阿司匹林\双嘧达莫缓释片的制备

Preparation of Compound Aspirin-dipyridomole Sustained-release Tablets

目的以阿司匹林为速释,双嘧达莫为缓释部分,制备复方阿司匹林\双嘧达莫双层缓释片,并考察其体外释放影响因素。方法采用单因素考察不同辅料对释放的影响,并进行正交设计,优化处方工艺。结果缓释部分以HPMC为填充剂,十八醇为阻滞剂,乳糖为稀释剂制备了复方阿司匹林\双嘧达莫缓释片。体外释放研究表明,片剂释放度符合要求。结论研制的复方阿司匹林\双嘧达莫缓释片具有一定的开发价值。

Aim To investigate the effect on the drug release of the compound aspirin - dipyridomole tablets prepared by using aspirin as the quick- release part and dipyridomole as the.Methods The in vitro behaviors of the tablets were evaluated by dissolution test. And the influence of different excipients on the drug release in vitro was inspected by a single factor and the prescription technology was optimized in the orthogonal designed study. Results HPMC, stearylalcohol and lactose were selected as excipients of the part of sustained - release tablets. The study of drug release in vitro shows the release degree meets the requirement. Conclusion It provided the technologies for compound aspirin- dipyridomole sustained- release.
