Thought On Child-bearing Right From Law

生育权就其性质而言,它是人格权而非身份权。所有的自然人都平等地享有这种权利。它的内容包括生育的自由、不生育的自由以及选择生育方式的自由。生育权的实现以当事人的真实意愿为基础并有相应的救济机制,但应该受到限制。

Child-bearing right is personality right, not identity. All the civilities have equal child-bearing right which includes the freedom of bearing, the freedom of not bearing and choosing the way of bearing. The reality of child-bearing right should be based on the real idea, but it also should be restricted.
