摘要
现代科技发展在给人类带来巨大福祉的同时,也导致了大量的业务过失犯罪,给社会造成了巨大危害。文章系统研究业务过失犯罪后,反思我国刑法对业务过失犯罪规定的不足,并根据我国现行业务过失犯罪发生的状况,提出了立法完善建议。
The development of modern science and technology brings us both great happiness and enormous negligence in business. The thesis finds the defects about the crimes caused by negligence in business in the Criminal Law and gives suggestion to the legislation.
