摘要
本文探讨了以凹凸棒石为载体的载铜无机抗菌剂的制备工艺和灭菌性能。实验表明,经过2.0mol/L的盐酸酸活化0.5h后得到的Ⅱ级载体,在减压(0.02~0.04MPa)下用0.15mol/L的氯化铜溶液浸渍6h,制得的无机抗菌剂具有30mg/g的载铜量。该抗菌剂对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有良好的抑制生长和灭菌作用。
Cu-carrying attapulgite antibacterial agent and its antibacterial property were researched. The experimental results showed that, the Ⅱ carrier which had been activated by 2.0mol/L hydrochloric acid solution for half an hour, could become excellent inorganic antibacterial agent by dipping into the 0.15mol/L copper chloride solution for 6 hours under the negative pressure(0.02-0.04MPa). The antibacterial agent has good antibacterial activity on coliform and staphylococcus.
