摘要
目的调查护理本、专科学生的应对水平、应对方式及其影响因素,以采取有效措施,引导学生正确应对,保持身心健康。方法采用问卷调查方法,对临床实习的60名护理本科生和48名护理专科生的应对方式进行调查。结果护理学生的应对状况得分处于中等水平;本、专科护生应对水平的比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理本、专科学生常见的应对方式有:看到事情积极的一面、跟同学或朋友谈论感受、寻求有关信息、独自解决问题等。结论影响应对水平的因素主要是学生健康状况及对专业志愿的选择。
The study was performed to investigate the levels of learning stress, the main stressors and the factors influencing stress among baccalaureate students (BS) and advanced certificate students (ACS). Methods Two self-constructed questionnaires were used to investigate the learning stressors in 60 BS and 48 ACS. Results 58.3% of nursing students had moderate stress level. The difference between level of stress in BS group and ACS group was not statistically significant (P〉0.05). The ten main stressors were the exam preparation, the ability to deal with urgent condition, exposure to contagious disease, and so on. Conclusions The factors influencing stress ordered from low to high come from the annual income of family, health condition and the ways of entering nursing profession.
