血浆Hs—CRP、cTnI与不稳定心绞痛预后的相关性研究

Relationship Between Plasma Hs-CRP and cTnI and The Prognosis of Unstable Angina

目的:探讨血浆超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)、肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)水平与不稳定心绞痛(UA)患者预后的关系。方法:选择2002～2004年住院的UA患者46例,稳定性心绞痛(SA)患者30例,正常对照组30例,测定其Hs-CRP、cTnI,观察各组冠心病(CHD)患者心脏不良事件的发生情况。结果:UA组Hs-CRP、cTnI均高于SA组,差异有显著性,UA组心脏不良事件发生率高;UA和SA组Hs-CRP值均高于正常对照组,差异有显著性。结论:Hs-CRP、cTnI增高者其心脏不良事件发生率增高,属高危患者。

Objective： To study the relationship between the levels of plasma hypersenstive C - reactive protein（Hs - CRP） and troponin l（cTnl） and the prognosis of unstable angina（UA）. Methods：40 patients with unstable angina and 30 patients with stable angina（SA）and 30 patients compared as controls hospitalized from 2002 to 2004 were enrolled. The levels of hs - CRP and cTnl were measured and incidence of cardiac events was observed in groups. Results： The levels of hs- CRP and cTnl were higher in UA group than that in SA group, showing significant difference. The incidence of cardiac events was higher in UA group. Compared with control group, the level of Hs- CRP was higher in UA and SA group, the difference was significant. Conclusion：The incidence of cardiac events increases by the Hs - CRP and cTnl, which is high risk factors.
