冠脉内支架置入术治疗急性心肌梗死48例临床观察

摘要 目的:研究急性心肌梗死(AMI)时冠脉内支架置入术的疗效。方法:回顾性总结48例AMI患者的冠脉内支架置入术资料和随访资料。结果:48例患者中单支病变28例,双支病变15例,多支病变5例。共置入支架63只,成功率100%,置入支架的血管中,前降支(LAD)31例35只,左回旋支(LCX)12例13只,右冠脉(RCA)12例15只。1例心源性休克成功置入支架后休克渐纠正。随访1~12个月,2例复发心绞痛,其余病例无心脏事件发生。结论:AMI行冠脉内支架是安全有效的,早期效果好而且可降低再狭窄发生率。 Objective: To study the efticiency of mtracoronary stenting in acute myocaidaial infarction(AMI) patients, Methods:Fourty eight cases of AMI patients underwent intracoronary stenting were reviewed. Results: Among 30 patients, there were 29 males and 19 females,aged 32 to 74 years. The cardiac function was Killp's Ⅰ~Ⅱ in 36 patents, Ⅲ in 11 ,and Ⅳ in 1 prior to the procedure. Infarct - related arteries(IRA) were LAD in 31 patients, LCX in 12 and RCA in 12.63 stents were implanted. Success rate of the procedure was 100 %. One patient with cardiogenic shock had been recovered after intracoronary stenting. Two patients had angina and no cardiac accident was found in the other patients in a follow - up of 1 - 12 months. Conclusion: Intracoronary stenting is a safe and efficient therapeutic procedure which can reduce the occurrence of restenosis.
