冠脉内支架置入术治疗急性心肌梗死48例临床观察

Intracoronary Stenting in Treatment of Acute Myocaidial Infarction

目的:研究急性心肌梗死(AMI)时冠脉内支架置入术的疗效。方法:回顾性总结48例AMI患者的冠脉内支架置入术资料和随访资料。结果:48例患者中单支病变28例,双支病变15例,多支病变5例。共置入支架63只,成功率100%,置入支架的血管中,前降支(LAD)31例35只,左回旋支(LCX)12例13只,右冠脉(RCA)12例15只。1例心源性休克成功置入支架后休克渐纠正。随访1～12个月,2例复发心绞痛,其余病例无心脏事件发生。结论:AMI行冠脉内支架是安全有效的,早期效果好而且可降低再狭窄发生率。

Objective： To study the efticiency of mtracoronary stenting in acute myocaidaial infarction（AMI） patients, Methods：Fourty eight cases of AMI patients underwent intracoronary stenting were reviewed. Results： Among 30 patients, there were 29 males and 19 females,aged 32 to 74 years. The cardiac function was Killp＇s Ⅰ～Ⅱ in 36 patents, Ⅲ in 11 ,and Ⅳ in 1 prior to the procedure. Infarct - related arteries（IRA） were LAD in 31 patients, LCX in 12 and RCA in 12.63 stents were implanted. Success rate of the procedure was 100 %. One patient with cardiogenic shock had been recovered after intracoronary stenting. Two patients had angina and no cardiac accident was found in the other patients in a follow - up of 1 - 12 months. Conclusion： Intracoronary stenting is a safe and efficient therapeutic procedure which can reduce the occurrence of restenosis.
