小剂量胺碘酮对维持心房扑动电复律后窦性心律的疗效观察

Observation of Effects of Low-dosage Amiodarone in Containing Sinus Rhythm of Atrial Flutter After Electric Countershock

目的:探讨小剂量胺碘酮对房扑电复律后患者窦性心律的维持疗效及安全性。方法:选择诊断明确的房扑患者9例,给予电复律后,小剂量胺碘酮维持,观察其疗效,监测其心电图、超声心动图、T3、T4肝、肾功能,评价其安全性。结果:小剂量胺碘酮能维持房扑电复律后窦性心律且无副作用。结论:小剂量胺碘酮能维持房扑电复律后窦性心律,并优于奎尼丁。

Objective： To evaluate the effictency and safety of low-dosage in containing sinus rhythm of atrial flutter after electric countershock. Methods： Nine patients with atrial flutter after electric countershock were treated with low - dosage amiodarone, The effect of the drug on electrocardiogram, echocardiography,T3T4,funtion of liver, kidney were observed. Results： Nine patients with artial flutter were treated for 24--38 monthes,The average time was 31 monthes, two cases returned to atrial flutter due to reducing dose, then artial flutter disapper after adding dose, two cases returned due to stopping dose, then disappered after returning treatment, The drug had no effect on ECG,echodardiography, funtion of liver,kidney. Conclusion：Low - dosage amiodarone has shown more effective and safety than kuinidine in cotaining sinus rhythm of artial flutter after electric countershock.
