摘要
作为一种理想的传输媒质,光纤正在代替CATV原来使用的同轴电缆,光纤CATV已成为国内广播电视行业的发展趋势,DWDM技术使CATV网络中已敷设的光纤获得充分利用,这一技术在光纤CATV中正越来越多地得到使用。
As an ideal transmission medium, optical fiber is replacing coaxial cable which is traditionally used in CA＇IVnetworks. Optical fiber CATV now is becoming a development trend in domestic CATV industry. In the same time DWDM technology makes optical fibers deployed in CATV networks being fully utilized, and it is more and more being used in optical fiber CATV networks.
