关于高校领导班子能力建设的思考

Considerations on leading group capability construction in higher learning institutions

我国高等教育进入跨越式快速发展的重要时期。高校领导班子能力建设处在复杂的办学环境中,从高校面临的形势和肩负的任务的角度,对高校领导班子应注重提高的4种能力即总揽全局。

Higher education has entered an important fast-developing period. In higher learning institutions the leading group capability construction is now under a complicated school-running environment. Judging from situations and duties facing the institutions, the leading group should pay attention to improvement of the following four capabilities： capability of knowing the general situations and arranging for development, capability of shaping campus culture, capability of regulating and managing the university by law, and the capability of solving its own contradictions.
