摘要
从产权角度分析了我国资源环境被过度开发利用的原因,发展经济、全面建设小康社会是我国现阶段的工作重心,为了促进经济社会与资源环境的可持续协调发展,就加强资源环境保护方面的产权问题做了一些分析。
The reasons why the resources of our country is over-exploitated has been analysed by this article in terms of property fight. It is the key issue to prompt the economic development and to build a well-off society in an all-round way at present. In order to promote the sustainable development of economic and society in harmony with resource environment, this article has analysed the issue that strengthen the property fight of resource environmental protection.
