面向大规模定制的计算机辅助夹具设计研究

Research on Computer Aided Fixture Design for Mass Customization

研究了大规模定制生产下夹具设计的理论支持,提出了夹具的虚拟设计,规划了大规模定制生产环境下夹具设计的总体框架结构及设计流程。以汽车同步器产品的大规模定制生产所用夹具为对象,给出了应用实例。

In this paper, academic supports for fixture design under mass customization have been researched,virtual design of fixture design under mass customization has been put forward and the collective frame and design flows of fixture design under mass customization have been made out. Taking fixtures used in vehicle synchronizer manufacturing as researching objects,an example of fixture design is taken.
