摘要
加强学校食品卫生管理,预防和控制学生食物中毒发生。选择《餐饮业卫生许可审查监督量化评分表》和《餐饮业经常性卫生监督量化评分表》为评分标准,对中小学食堂及周边饮食(摊店)进行检查评分和等级评定。学校食堂各项指标卫生合格率均比周边餐饮高,除卫生设施外,其它指标卫生合格率两者均有显著性差异(χ2>5.30、P<0.05);B级评定分别为85.4%、23.2%,两者有显著性差异(χ2=36.58,P<0.01);中小学校食堂卫生状况好于周边餐饮,但学校仍然不能放松食品卫生管理。
To strengthen the management of food hygiene in schools, prevent and control food poisoning, the dinning rooms were evaluated according to Sanitary permit examination and Inspection Quantification Score Chart for Restaurants & Frequently Sanitary Inspection Quantification Score Chart for Restaurants in prior and middle schools and surrounding carteens. The sanitations up to the standard rate in the dinning rooms were better than the surrounding canteens. The percentage of grade 13 in school dinning rooms is 85.4 %, while surrounding canteens is 23.2 %. The difference between the rates were significant (X^2 = 36.58 , P〈0.01 ). Although sanitary condition in school dinning rooms is better than surrounding canteens, the schools must intensify the management of food hygiene.
