锅炉钢结构叠梁加工的思考

摘要 叠梁即由二根梁通过中间法兰连接成的板梁。随着电厂大机组,超临界锅炉越来越多,大板梁的重量越来越重,给制造、运输、安装增加了很多困难。叠梁的应用,使制造厂的起重机械的起重量可以减小,运输便宜,安装起吊方便,因而越来越得到各锅炉厂的青睐。叠梁虽然有诸多优点,但也给制造企业的加工增加不少困难。结合生产单梁和叠梁的实际经验,探讨叠梁加工过程中变形的控制及矫正方法。 There are more and more supercritical boilers while a large panel beam is becoming weighter and weighter with the use of high-power generating sets in power plants, which brings many difficulties in fabrication, transport and erection of the large panel beams. The loads of cranes for a manufacturer can be decreased by a stoplog, whose transport is at lower cost, and the erection and lifting are also convenient, therefore the stoplog is well received by all the boiler manufacturers. Whereas this sort of stoplog also increases troubles to manufacturers. It is explored that the methods for controlling and correcting the deformations during the processing of the stoplog by combining the actual experience in producing single beam and the stoplog.
