摘要
越南胡志明市南西贡开发区格更公路桥的施工方案,充分体现了利用涨落潮水位变化大的自然条件以浮运法进行结构安装的巧妙之处;在精确计算前提下,利用现有塔机回转轴承实现了桥梁构件安装过程中的回转和就位,克服了现场河道地理位置的限制,实践证明浮运法安装省工、省时、安全经济。
The construction scheme of a highway bridge in Ho Chi Minh City of Viet Nam is introduced. The bridge is not a large one, but it is characterized by a clever move of framework installation. Its construction plan adopted floating method, using natural conditions of tidal level changes. On the basis of accurate calculation, adopting existing rotation bearing of tower crane to realize rotation and positioning of steel framework during installation to surmount the limit of geographic position from the riverbed. Practice shows that floating installation is a method of saving man-hour and time, and the one of safety and economy.
