盐霉素高产菌株的筛选

摘要 对盐霉素产生菌进行紫外线和氯化锂复合诱变处理后,以脂肪酶活力为指标筛选盐霉素高产菌株。通过摇瓶进一步复筛,得到摇瓶发酵水平比出发菌株产量提高13.6%的盐霉素高产突变菌株。 Lipase activity was used as a selecting marker for high yield strain, selected with the method of induced mutant by UV and LiCI. After selected among them, most were determined as high yield salinomycin producing strains, a strain whose productivity of salinomycin was 13.6% higher than that of its parent was obtained.
