Study On A New Type Rice Transplanting Machine

根据水稻植质钵育秧的特点,设计出新型栽植分秧针,并对分秧栽植机构进行了理论分析,根据运动轨迹确定出护秧舌的形状,确保栽植工程中植质秧苗的立苗度,提供了可靠的技术参数。

Basing on the requirement of rice trahsplanting, a new type dividing seedling needle was designed and the mechanism of dividing seedling was analyzed in theoretically. Then the form of seedling lingua was confirmed depending on the motion track. So that the ration of seedling erection could be insured, credibilit technic parameter was also provided as reference.
