摘要 建立了生物转化中多羟基甾体的薄层扫描测定法。以硅胶GF254为吸附剂,氯仿-甲醇(8∶1)混合液为展开剂,测定波长为350nm,参比波长235nm,可测定生物转化中多羟基甾体的含量。该方法准确、简便、回收率好。 TLC-densitometry of polyhydroxysteroids in biotransformation of steroids was established. Silica gel GF254 was selected as absorbent, and the mixture of CHCI3 and MeOH (8:1) as developing solvent. The determination wavelength and reference wavelength were 350nm and 235 nm respectively. This convenient method could be used in the determination of polyhydroxysteroids in biotransformation of steroids.
