摘要
目前高师公共心理学教学存在着教学设计不能满足学生个人成长的需要、课程目标的确立存在严重缺失、实践性教学环节不足、教学内容的组织与遴选缺乏有效整合、教学策略不适应目标要求等问题,严重影响了公共心理学教学应有的地位和价值。以相关理论和现实依据为基础,建构高师公共心理学课的“任职教育———个人成长群集”的教学模式。此模式灵活、有效地运用,不仅能深化高师公共心理学课的教学改革,确保人才培养规格,进一步提高教学质量和效益,而且能促进教学团队整体素质的提升。
At present,there are many shortages in the teaching of the common course of psychology in teachers' higher education. They are as follows:The teaching design can not meet student's future need;There are many limitations when the course objective is made; There lacks steps in practical teaching;The organization and selection of teaching contents are fragmented;The teaching tactics does not match the teaching objective. All these shortages make the teaching of commom course of psychology fail its supposed position and value. Based on the relative theofies and facts,the model of common psychological teaching in the teachers' higher education,the on-duty education, and the personal growth education is designed. If the model is put into practice flexibly and effectively, the reform of common psychological teaching will be furthered and the reaching quality will be improved. At the same time,it will help improve the quality of the whole teaching group.
