公理化设计方法在塑料微孔发泡连续挤出成型系统设计中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 阐述了塑料微孔发泡连续挤出成型中的众多技术难点和影响因素。介绍了公理化设计方法的理论基础,用公理化设计的方法对单螺杆连续挤出系统进行了理论上的分析。结果表明:选择合理的设计参数(DP),用正确的顺序就可实现塑料微孔发泡连续挤出系统的功能要求(FR)。运用公理化设计方法可使设计过程层次分明、功能满足设计要求,有助于选用合理的设计方案。 The influencing factors and technical problems of continuous extrusion of microcellular plastic foams are explained. Theoretical principle of axiomatic design is introduced. Under the base of axiomatic design theory,the fundamental design equation about functional requirement and design parameters of continuous extruding system of microcellular plastic foams are presented. Axiomatic design provides a framework to describe the design goal during the design process. The designer guided by this framework can make the design process formatted and design decision understandable.
