Design of a Flaring Die Used to Flare a Kind of Medical Interventional Catheter

血管内介入治疗技术作为一种新兴医疗技术,已广泛地应用于临床治疗。医用介入导管是介入器具的重要组成部分,其尺寸微小,属于微细导管。此类导管加工精细,质量要求高。设计了一种医用微细介入导管的扩口模具,介绍了扩口模具的设计思路,探讨了影响导管扩口质量的工艺条件。该扩口模具采用了机械式扩口,结构简单、操作方便、扩口精度高。

As a new type of medical technique, intravascular catheterization has been applied to clinical therapy widely. Medical interventional catheter is an important part of interventional apparatus. It has small size and belongs to the minicatheter. This type of catheter needs precision work and requires high quality. A flaring die which can be used to flare a kind of medical interventional catheter was designed,the thoughts of designing flaring die were introduced and the technological conditions that affected the flaring quality were discussed. The flaring die adopts mechanical flaring and has many merits, such as simple structure,convenient operation and high flaring precision.
