On New Separation of the "Two Rights" --Property Right Analysis and Policy Suggestions of the Stock-Cooperation System of Farmland

农地股份合作制是在家庭承包制“两权”(农地所有权与使用权即承包经营权)分离的基础上,实现的“三权”(实物形态的所有权、股份形态的承包权、生产形态的经营权)分离,其进一步发展,必然走向新的“两权”(农地实物所有权与农地股份所有权)分离。

On the basis of the separation of the 'two rights' (the property right and the right of farming) originated from the Family Responsibility System, the stock-cooperation system of farmland realized the separation of 'three rights' (the property right for form of entity, the contract right for form of value and the right of operation for form of production) . For the further development, there will be inevitably a new separation of 'two rights' (the entity right and the stock right of farmland) .
