摘要
经济发展过程中会附带环境污染、资源浪费、造假等诸多社会问题,市场也不断演绎着古老的优胜劣汰规律,因而社会责任与经济效益的关系日益成为企业界关注的焦点。社会对企业承担社会责任的期望持续增长,管理者应该认识到,把握社会期望,发展社会责任与企业收益的正相关关系,是管理行为必遵的原则。
In the process of the economic development, the society will encounter various problems such as environment pollution, waste of resources and fake products, etc. and at the same time, market will follow the law of survival of the fittest Therefore, enterprises are getting more and more to focus their attention to the relationship between social responsibility and enterprises income. While the society is expecting enterprises to take more responsibilities, the management should be aware of this social expectation and recognize direct correlation between social responsibility and enterprise income.
