The History and Evolution of Management: From the Perspective of Research Paradigm

研究范式是一门学科的世界观、方法论和工具,同时也是一门学科达到成熟的标志。管理学经历了近百年时间的发展和变迁,其研究范式发生并经历着深刻的变革。本文从研究范式的角度通过比较分析的方法,阐明了管理学与经济学历史与现时的关系,并通过对当代环境发展变化的系统分析,从研究范式的角度对管理学的演进趋势做出了合理的预测。

Paradigm, which indicates the incoming of the mature of a subject, is a scientific world outlook, a practical methodology and a useful tool. Management as an independent subject has been changing and developing for nearly 100 years, and so does the paradigm. Standing on the viewpoint of paradigm and employing the method of comparative analysis, this article describes beth the historical and current relationship between management and economics. Furthermore, by systematically analyzing the current situation of environment, it makes reasonable deduction and forecasting on the evolution tendency of management from the perspective of paradigm.
