摘要
我国古代典籍中记述有许多粮食作物名称.由于历史变迁,称谓嬗变,缺乏系统的研究与整理,影响了科学文化的继承与传播.本文收集了62个豆类作物的古汉名并进行了考证,它们隶属7属11个种.该项研究沟通古今、沟通中外,可以促进我国作物栽培史的研究,在拯救、继承与弘扬古文化方面具有学术价值与社会意义.
There are many appellations of food crops on the record of Chinese ancient books. Because the era vicissitudes and their names change, it cumbers the inheritance and development of science and culture. In this paper, we collect the ancient Chinese name 62 legume crops and have a textual research. It is found that they fall into 7 genera and 11 species. This research is not only communication of ancient time and present age, but of China and other countries. It has certain research value and social significance in retrieval, continuing and developing of Chinese ancient culture.
