摘要
导出了薄膜系统电子逸出功温度系数随温度和覆盖度变化的关系式.以铕Eu在钨W(100)面的吸附为例,讨论了温度对吸附系统逸出功变化规律的影响,结果表明逸出功随温度升高而增大,随覆盖度增大而增大.
The temperature and overlay effect on the work function of electron of membrane is studied with the Anderson model. General variations of the thermal coefficient X and work function φ are given. And then variations of Eu membrane on W(100) surface are given in the case.
