摘要
用二维红外相关分析方法研究了溴化十六烷基三甲基铵和牛血清蛋白间的相互作用.结果表明,在溴化十六烷基三甲基铵的存在下,牛血清蛋白的二级结构发生了变化;随着溴化十六烷基三甲基铵的增加,其变化的先后顺序为:β-转角、β-折叠、α-螺旋.
