突破性创新的组织模式研究

The study about organizational mode for radical innovation

要保持长期竞争优势,企业必须在进行渐进性创新的基础上组织突破性产品创新。而实践证明大型行业领袖企业往往在突破性产品创新中失败。本文分析了大型行业领袖企业进行突破性产品创新所面临的组织困境,提出了适合突破性创新的组织模式———二元性组织,分析了其优势并对我国大型企业的突破性产品创新提出了自己的建议。

For keeping the competition advantage, finns must organize project of radical innovation with project of incremental innovation. But mature finns often failed in the process of the radical innovation according to the practice. On the basis of analyses to organizational dilemma of mature finns that carried out the project of radical innovation, this paper deemed that the ambidextrous organization can be the best organizational mode for radical innovation with its advantages analyzed. Some advices about mature finns in our country are brought forward.
