摘要
国外循环经济研究主要集中在工业生态学理论和方法、循环技术和循环产业的经济学、循环经济发展战略等方面。近年来我国循环经济建设示范发展很快,但科学研究大大滞后于实践。我国在循环经济领域的科技需求主要包括理论和方法研究、管理技术支撑、循环经济技术研发、循环经济国家战略等。本文最后提出了循环经济科学研究需要遵循的几点原则。
The researches on circular economy in foreign countries are mainly in theories and methodologies of industrial ecology, economics of recycling technologies and recycling industries, and circular economy development strategies, etc. In recent years, the demonstrative construction of circular economy developed rapidly in China, but the scientific researches lag much behind the practices. The future scientific demands in circular economy field in China mainly include theories and methodologies, managerial technical support, R＆D of circular economy-related technologies, and state development strategy of circular economy. The authors finally propose several principles in the researches in circular economy.
