摘要
本文系统研究了中国煤矿1980~2000年20年间发生的重大水害事故,研究表明:在所有导致中国煤矿重大水害事故的直接原因中,人因(含故意违章19.11%,管理失误70.06%,缺陷设计10.19%)所占比率高达99.56%,这使我们对中国煤矿重大水害事故的致因规律有了全新的认识.在研究重大水害事故环境特征、特征源交叉数据的基础上,得出中国煤矿重大水害事故规律图并进行了分析.
According to the systematic analysis of fatal water hazard accidents during 20 years time (1980~2000), human error (including deliberate violation, 19.11%; management error 70.06%; and design deficiency, 10.19%) accounted for up to 99.56% among the direct causes of China coalmine fatal water hazard accidents. This made us to reconsider the causes of China colliery fatal water hazard accidents. Based on the research of fatal water hazard accidents environment characteristics and the characteristics source cross data, this paper gets the chart of rules of colliery fatal water hazard accidents in China and analyze it.
