摘要
介绍了物流及供应链管理理论,论述了基于供应链思想的物流管理的特点及它与传统物流管理的比较,指出了煤炭企业物流改革的必要性及改革的方向,从而构建了煤炭企业物流管理改进的方案及措施。
The management theory of logistics and supply chain chain is introduced, the characteristic of logistics management on supplying chain thought has compared with of which traditional logistics management. The necessity of logistics reform of coal enterprise and direction of the reform has pointed out, the logistics of coal enterprise and manage improved scheme and measure has set up.
