摘要
用容器栽培、喷施低浓度216×10-6多效唑、喷施高浓度432×10-6多效唑、容器栽培加喷施216×10-6多效唑4种处理方式,对美洲无毛紫露草进行矮化栽培试验,对其植株高度、茎杆粗度、节间长度、开花情况、移栽后缓苗期、移栽成活率、总芽数等性状进行观察,实验结果表明:4种处理方式都有很好的矮化效果,但处理3会使花序缩在叶间影响其观赏性;处理1和处理3大大降低了芽的增殖系数;处理2生产的苗健壮,在田间又有较高的增殖系数,是最佳的生产方式。
Experiment on dwarfing of Tradescantia reflexa was carried out by 4 treatments like container cultivation, spraying low concentration of paclobutrazol, spraying high concentration of paclobutrazol, container cultivation + spraying low concentration paclobutrazol. Observations on height, stem size, internodal length, flowering, period of slow-rooting, survival rate after transplantation, total bud amount demonstrated that these treatments had good dwarfing effect. But the third treatment may influence ornamental effect, the first and third treatment decreased bud multiplication, the second treatment had the best effect.
