摘要
从管理模式的构建着手,介绍了专职护林员的选聘、组织、管理、资金三大保障体系的构建,并对存在问题进行了分析,提出了解决问题的建议。
Presentation was put forward on selection, organization, management and fund for professional foresters. Based on analysis on current problems, propositions were offered.
