Influence of A3α-peptidoglycan on growth, immune capability and anti-infectivity of Litopenaeus vannamei

摘要 通过实验考察了A3α-肽聚糖(PG)制剂对养成期凡纳滨对虾的生长、免疫机能及抗白斑综合征病毒(WSSV)感染能力的影响.设立了连续投喂、间隔投喂和浸浴等6个实验组,分别在30 d、60d和90d时,测定对虾的体长、体重、免疫机能和对虾的抗WSSV感染力.结果表明:30d时,连续投喂组对虾的体长和浸浴组及0.05%、0.1%PG连续投喂组对虾的体重较对照组有显著增长(P<0.05);0.05%、0.1%PG连续投喂组对虾体内的PO活性较对照组有显著提高(P<0.05);60d时,浸浴组及0.05%、0.1%PG连续投喂组对虾的体长、体重较对照组均有极显著增长(P<0.01),浸浴组、0.1%PG连续投喂组对虾血细胞吞噬活性显著增强(P<0.05),浸浴组及0.05%、0.1%PG连续投喂组对虾血浆上清液PO活性均有显著提高(P<0.05);90d时,浸浴组对虾的体长、体重较对照组均有极显著增长(P<0.01),间隔投喂组对虾血细胞吞噬活性显著增强(P<0.05),间隔投喂组血浆中的PO活性显著增高(P<0.05).各期感染实验均证明PG能增强对虾对WSSV的抗感染能力. Six experiment groups, including groups for continuously feeding, interval feeding and immersing were arranged to evaluate the effect of PG on the growth, immunological capability of Litopertaeus vannamei. 30d, 60d and 90d later, body weight and body length of shrimp, immunological capability of shrimp and the capability of resistance to WSSV were all determined. The results showed: compared with the control, 30d later, body length of shrimp of all groups with a exception of the group for interval feeding, body weight of shrimp of groups for immersing and feeding with the diet containing 0.05% and 0.1% PG increased significantly ( P 〈 0.05), shrimp of groups fed with the diet containing 0.05% and 0.1% PG showed much higher PO activity ( P 〈 0.05) ; 60d later, both body length and body weight of shrimp of groups fed with the diet containing 0.05% and 0.1% PG increased most significantly (P 〈 0.01 ), shrimps of group for immersing and feeding with the diet containing 0.1% PG showed much higher phagocytic activity, PO activity in plasma supematant of shrimp of group for immersing and feeding with the diet containing 0.05 % and 0.1% PG, all were much higher ( P 〈 0.05) ; 90d later, body length and body weight of shrimps of group for immersing increased more than the control did ( P 〈 0.05), shrimp of group for interval feeding showed higher PO activity in plasma supernatant ( P 〈 0.05). All infection experiments proved that PG could enhance the resistance of shrimp to WSSV.
