摘要
研究与设计的1.25Gb/s以太无源光网络的突发式接收模块采用共栅共源结构的前置放大器,使输入级的电容接近场效应管的固有电容,提高了电路的带宽,降低了输入级的噪声,提高了接收模块的灵敏度.同时采用由顶端电压保持电路和底端电压保持电路组成的自动门限控制电路,使限幅放大器的放大信号为门限电压与信号电压的差,极大地提高了接收模块的动态范围.
The paper plans a 1.25Gbps burst mode receiver for Ethernet PON in which it uses common gate configuration in the preamplifier of the burst mode receiver. This configuration can eliminate the Miller effect, so expand the bandwidth and reduce the noise which finally promote receiver's sensitivity. It also uses a top level maintain and a bottom level maintain circuits in a limiting amplifier for a forward feed automatic threshold control. The limiting ampligier amplifies the difference between threshold and signal amplitude that enlarges greatly the dynamic range.
