摘要
寻找一种科学实用的船舶性能综合评价方法一直是船舶研究者、设计者、制造者和使用者追求的目标之一.文中考虑到各因素重要性不同而采用加权的灰色关联模型,并将层次分析法和灰色关联分析法结合起来,对船舶性能进行综合评价,为船舶设计与制造提供了一种新的决策方法.
One kind of scientific evaluation method of ship quality is a target which designers,manufacturers and users of ships always look for. This paper considers different significance of every factor of ships and adopts weighted grey relational model. Moreover AHP（analytic hierarchy process） and weighted grey relational model are combined to evaluate the comprehensive performance of ships in this paper. It provides a new decision-making method for ship design and manufacture.
