摘要 利用电小单极子天线、磁小环天线和IEC61000-4-2规定的IEC电流波形标定装置组建的国内第1台静电放电电磁场测试系统,对接触式静电放电进行了系统的实验研究,确定了放电电流特征值与受试设备接受到的耦合电压之间的关系. The first set of the system measuring ESD electromagnetic field is set up in our country that is made up of electrically small pole antenna and magnetically small loop antenna as well as measuring set of ESD current waveform stipulated in IEC61000-4-2. The contact mode electrostatic discharge is investigated with the system. The correlation between the characteristic of ESD current and ESD coupling voltages received by the electronic equipment is summarized according to a great deal of experiments. The results provide the quantitative evaluation for the electronic devices against ESD interference,and the protection designs against ESD.
