心房扑动的电生理机制研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 目前已明确,典型心房扑动的电生理机制被一致认为是局限于右房、围绕三尖瓣环的逆时针或顺时针方向的大折返,三尖瓣环是心房激动向前传导的阻滞线,终末嵴和欧氏嵴是心房激动向后的阻滞线,缓慢传导区在峡部。在峡部消融形成双向阻滞成功率高。随着心内新型标测系统和多种消融技术的发展,对不典型心房扑动和心房颤动的电生理机制研究亦取得了很大进展。本文就心房扑动电生理机制的认识作一综述。
