农民工权利危机的现状、成因及其对策——以珠三角地区为例

以法律权利为视角,以社会学实证的研究方法,考察农民工的合法权益和现实保护以及二者在现实中存在的差距,可以发现,农民工权益在当前的政治、经济、社会文化条件下还没有得到全面的认可,侵犯农民工权益的现象普遍存在。保障农民工权益要在全社会形成价值认同,即政府、社会、资方与农民工之间在农民工权益问题上达到一种价值共识,形成广泛认同的价值理解机制。农民工也要走自我发展之路,成为现代社会的有机体。

The article is based on the law right,searching the difference between the peasant＇s interests and their interests projected by concrete evidence of the sociology,paying attentiion to the projected degree of the peasant＇s interests.The findings indicate that the peasant＇s interests haven＇t been realized overall and there many phenomena which violate the peasant＇s interests.It is believed that projecting peasant＇s interests need to meet all people＇s minds in value .which is common understanding in value among govemment,society,capitalist and peasant,and establish a value understanding machine-processed overall.The peasants need self-development,becoming an important component in modem society.
