我国目前证券内幕交易犯罪侦查模式存在着若干问题,应结合实际情况,探索证券内幕犯罪侦查的总体工作思路和主要侦查途径,并借鉴国外相关国家的经验,注意侦查工作(包括国际间案件侦查)中的几个问题,从多个方面入手展开侦查。

There are quite a few problems among the crime of inside exchange of securities.Researches should be made on inside exchange of securities of general working ways and detecting trace according to practical situation by studying the experience of foreign experts.Attention should be paid to several problems during the detecting,including international cases.
