磷与氢氟酸烧伤对细胞内外游离钙的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨磷与氢氟酸烧伤对实验动物细胞内外游离钙的影响,以期为临床治疗烧伤提供实验依据。方法:健康新西兰兔随机分为黄磷组与黄磷钙治疗组(磷钙治组)、氢氟酸组及氢氟酸钙治疗组(氟钙治组)、烧伤组与正常组。测定血浆、血小板游离钙及血小板聚集率。结果:黄磷组与氢氟酸组血浆游离钙与正常组与烧伤组比较,均显著下降(P<0·05),氢氟酸组血总钙显著下降而黄磷组血总钙正常。血小板游离钙与聚集率在黄磷组显著下降,而在氢氟酸组与烧伤组显著增加;磷钙治组和氟钙治组动物死亡率由60%以上降低至30%以下。结论:磷与氢氟酸烧伤对细胞内游离钙影响表现出显著差异,这种差异能够解释两者部分临床中毒表现的不同,基于二者与钙的相互作用,钙解毒治疗均能取得良效。 Objective:To investigate the changes in extra-and intraeellular free calcium following phosphorus and fluoric acid burns so as to provide laboratory basis for treatment of burns. Methods:Healthy rabbits were randomly divided in six groups,i.e. hydrofluoric acid burn group (HF.n =12) and the group on treatment with calcium (HF-Ca,n= 12),phosphorus burn group (PB,n =12),and the group under treatment with calcium (PB-Ca,n =12),gasoline burn group (GB,n=12) and control group (n=10).Plasma free calcium ,free calcium of intra-platelet and platelet aggregation rate were detected in each animal in all the groups. Results:Free calcium in plasma was reduced in HF and PB groups (P 〈 0.05 ) , while total calcium in plasma was reduced in HF group but it remained normal in PB group. Intracellular free calcium and platelet aggregation rate were increased in HF and GB groups, while they were decreased signiticantly in PB group. The alterations described above could be corrected by treatment of calcium,as the mortality of the study animals was reduced from more than 60% in HF and PB groups to below 30% in HF-Ca and PB-Ca groups. Conclusions:Phosphorus and fluorie acid hurns showed a remarkably different impact on coneentration of intracellular free calcium. This could explain some of the differences in clinical features of the two type burns. Therefore .antidotal treatment with calcium would produce a good response in phosphorus and fluorie acid burns.
